At Maxhtec XF Club eShop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns and exchanges process is here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must include original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Personalized items, digital products, and custom orders are not eligible for return unless faulty.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return, please email us at info@maxhtecxfclub.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Whether you’d like a refund or exchange
We’ll respond with return instructions and the address to send the item(s).
3. Shipping Information
- We ship all orders via ACS Courier
- A flat shipping fee of €3 applies to all domestic orders
- This fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are not included in the refund unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
Want to exchange an item for a different size or color?
- Contact us to check availability
- You will need to cover the return shipping costs
- If there’s a price difference, we’ll contact you to settle the balance
We’ll send the new item as soon as we receive and inspect the original one.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at info@maxhtecxfclub.com with:
- Photos of the damage/issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Items marked “final sale”
These are non-returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect.
